1. Refer a Friend Promotion:  

If a student rebooks a room at Londonderry House for 2020/21, then they refer a friend to book a room too, they will receive £250 off their rent payment for next year.

How do I qualify and make a claim?

The student making the referral must:

• Provide the name and contact detail(s) of the student they are referring to the Hall Manager at Londonderry House before the referred student makes contact with Londonderry House.
• Be a current resident living at Londonderry House and have rebooked a room for the 2020/21 academic year at Londonderry House accommodation.

The referred student must:

• Not be a current or previous tenant at Londonderry House.
• Not have previously submitted their details to Londonderry House to indicate their interest.
• Not have been referred by another party.

To validate the claim, both the student making the referral and the referred student must:

• Have paid their rent in full or the first instalment after move in.
• Have complied with the booking, the terms of the booking and tenancy agreement.
• Be eligible to live at Londonderry House.

The student making the referral will receive £250 off their rent payment for 2020/21 upon validation of the claim.

Please note:

• Students wishing to make a referral are limited to make an unlimited number of referrals up to the equivalent value of their total rent.
• This offer is only available until 31^st March 2020.
• This offer is only open to existing tenants of Londonderry House, Birmingham.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The reduction of £250 off the rent, will be deducted from the January 2021 rent payment.
• If the student making the referral has paid in full for 2020/21, then they will receive the £250 back via bank transfer within 28 working days of the referred student starting the 2020/21 tenancy and rent being paid in full or their first rent payment being received.
• In the event that the referred student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 45 or 51-week term, then the referrer’s entitlement to claim the £250 off their rent will cease.

2. Group Bookings – £100 each Promotion:  

Make a group booking with 3 or more of your friends for 2020/21 and each student in the group will receive a £100 voucher.

Terms and Conditions:

• Students who book a room in the same flat as part of a group will receive £100 voucher of their choice each.
• The voucher that each student will receive will be to the value of £100.00. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• The minimum number of students in the ‘group’ who must make a booking to qualify for this offer is four.
• This offer is only valid for students booking a Standard En-suite or Premium En-suite room at Londonderry House for the 2020/21 academic year.
• In the event that any tenant in the group cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 45 or 51-week term, then the group’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The £100 voucher will only be given to students who book a room directly with Londonderry House, and not to those who book through 3rd parties.  
• Within 7 days of arrival at Londonderry House, all students in the group who have paid their rent in full, will receive a £100 voucher of their choice. If paying in instalments the student will receive the £100 voucher within 7 days after their first instalments (due on 29^th September 2020) has been paid.
• After booking as a group, each student must email londonderryhouse@host-students.com with the choice of voucher they would like to receive.
• The £100 voucher will only be given to the Students who make the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that a Student finds another student to replace them in the accommodation and take on their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced Student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the £100 voucher.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other group booking offer.

The first 25 students who book a Standard En-suite room at Londonderry House will receive a free £100 shopping voucher for the Bullring in Birmingham.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 45 or 51-week contract at Londonderry House for the 2020/21 academic year are eligible for the Bullring voucher.
• This offer is limited to the first 25 students booking a Standard En-suite room only.
• To be eligible for this offer, the student’s booking must be complete – with the advance rent payment paid and, if required, the guarantor information uploaded.
• Within 7 days of arrival at Londonderry House, and you have paid in full or the installment and monthly payments are up to date, the tenant will receive the Bullring voucher.
• The Bullring voucher will be paid by Host Student Housing Management Ltd directly to the Student regardless of who has paid the Student’s residence fees.
• The Bullring voucher that the student will receive will be to the value of £100.00. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• In the event that any tenant cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 45 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
