• This offer is open to prospective students applying for higher education for the 2024/25 academic year.
• If an applicant does not get a place on the course, they applied for they need to provide evidence from the educational establishment within 48 hours of their results being published.
• Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the establishment or UCAS confirmation of rejection.

• Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the timings outlined above will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.

• This offer is open to prospective first year international students applying for higher education in the UK for the 2024/25 academic year.
• If an applicant does not get their Visa approved to be able to study in the UK, they need to provide evidence that their Visa application has been rejected to your chosen Host accommodation within 48 hours of rejection; this must be no later than 7th September 2024.
• Written evidence in English must be emailed to The Apollo Works via theapolloworks@host-students.com.
• On production of sufficient evidence of the Visa rejection, within 48 hours of receiving it, the applicants booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of the initial rent payment.
• Any applicants who do not provide sufficient evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.

• Only students at The Apollo Works, Coventry who sign up to a legally-binding 44 or 51-week contract for the 2024/25 academic year are eligible for the Warwick University bus pass.
• There are a limited number of Warwick University passes available.
• When your booking is complete you must also email the property email address – theapolloworks@host-students.com – with your T Number using the subject line: “Claim Bus Pass” – If the T Number is not provided to the property email address the offer cannot be reclaimed.
• The bus pass is valid for September 2024 to July 2025 and will be valid from the tenancy start date.
• Students will receive their bus pass within 7 working days of arrival provided their booking for 2024/25 is complete.
• The value of the bus pass is £450.00 and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The bus pass will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the Student finds another student to replace them in the accommodation and take on their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced Student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the bus pass.
• If you terminate your tenancy at The Apollo Works earlier than the end of the agreed 44 or 51-week term, then your entitlement to the bus pass will cease and you will need to hand back the bus pass to The Apollo Works .
• The bus pass will only be given to students who book a room directly with The Apollo Works, and not to those who book through 3rd parties.
• Any lost, stolen or damaged bus passes must be reported to reception staff as soon as possible, any costs that incur may be chargeable to the student.
• The bus pass is only valid for students who are enrolled at Warwick University, no other university enrolment will be included for this promotion.
• These terms and conditions are correct as of 20th March 2024, but Host reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.

• This offer is only applicable to students who are currently living at The Apollo Works on a 51-week contract for the 2023/24 academic year.
• Only students who rebook and sign up to a legally-binding 51-week contract at The Apollo Works for the 2024/25 academic year are eligible for the free stay for a week.
• Providing you have paid the amount due before the 1st August (full year payment) or 1^st August (Instalment plan), the student will be able to stay for free during the week that joins up the two tenancies.
• The ‘free week’ will run from when the student’s current 51-week contract ends on 30th August 2025, and the new contract starts on 7^th September 2024.
• The free stay for a week is for the student living at The Apollo Works only. Students eligible for the free stay cannot let someone else stay at The Apollo Works for the week in their place.
• In the event that the student cancels their booking for 2024/25 or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the new 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to receive the free stay shall cease.
• The free stay will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them in accommodation and take on their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the amount due is received, neither the replaced Student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the free stay.
• If you are staying in the same room there will be no need to move, however if you are moving to a different room you will be required to move before your 2024/2025 start date, details to be confirmed closer to the time.

  • Have paid their rent in full or the first and second instalment after moving in
  • Have complied with the booking, the terms of the booking and tenancy agreement.
  • Be eligible to live at The Apollo Works.
• Please note:
  • There is a maximum limit of 1 referral per resident.
  • If the student making the referral, or the referred student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 – or 51-week term, then the referrer’s entitlement to claim the promotion will cease.
  • Payment will be made via bank transfer within 28 days of submitting their voucher incentive form and after the second rent instalment is paid, and their claim has been validated.

• The bundle service is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• The bundle service is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties advertised on the Host website.

• Only students who rebook and sign up to a legally-binding 43 or 51-week contract at The Apollo Works for the 2023/24 academic year are eligible for the free summer storage. The 2023/24 booking must be complete before the end of your current tenancy.
• The ‘summer period’ will run from when the student’s current 43-week contract ends on 8th July 2023, and the new contract starts on 9^th September 2023.
• The free summer storage is for belongings of the student living at The Apollo Works. Students eligible for the free summer storage cannot store belongings on behalf of another person at The Apollo Works.
• Students cannot occupy the room over the Summer storage period and must hand over all keys at the end of this current tenancy. Access can be given in an emergency and at the discretion of the Host management.
• In the event that the student cancels their booking for 2023/24 or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the new 43 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to receive the free summer storage shall cease. All items must be removed within 48 hours otherwise they will be donated to our chosen charity. Please see our cancellation policy for further information.
• The free summer storage will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them in accommodation and take on their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the advanced rent payment is received, neither the replaced Student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the free summer storage.
• All items must be placed in boxes, sealed and correctly labelled.
• Host are not responsible for items left in storage over the Summer period.

Terms and Conditions:

• Students who live at The Apollo Works and rebook a room for the 2023/24 academic year will be eligible to receive £600 Cashback.
• Only students who sign up before January 31st 2023 to a legally-binding  43 or 51-week contract for the 2023/24 academic year in The Apollo Works are eligible for the Cashback.
• Within 28 days of arrival at The Apollo Works, eligible students who have either paid in full or paid the required 2^nd instalment payment will receive the Cashback. This will be paid by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 43 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The Cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable.
