University league tables 2017

University league tables 2017

Whether you’re in sixth form or a mature student, the decision to study at university isn’t one you’ll make lightly. And with around 130 universities and university colleges in the UK, you might find it difficult to know where to start with choosing one that’s right for you.

To help with your decision, why not check out The Guardian’s University League Tables for 2017? The tables list 119 higher education institutions in the UK. It then ranks them based on how they score on a number of criteria such as; course satisfaction, teaching quality, feedback score and a number of other factors. And whether it’s Architecture or Psychology, if you’re interested in a specific subject area, you can search for a specific course, and the tables will show you the ranking of that university based on how well the subject is taught there.

You can find out more about the university rankings and take a look at the university league tables here.

Getting serious about the environment we live in.

To become more ‘environmentally friendly’, Host is launching the #HostEnvironmentalPledge campaign to encourage responsible behaviour and drive sustainability across our sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

It’s a simple campaign! If we can reduce our overall utilities (electric, water and gas) consumption by 1% then we will donate £10,000, 2% reduction means £20,000, 3% is £30,000 and so on, to 3 charities; BulliesOut, Planet Patrol and World Land Trust.
