University league tables 2023

University league tables 2023

Whether you’re a sixth form student or a mature student, the decision to study at university probably isn’t one that you’ll make lightly. And with around 130 universities and university colleges in the UK, you might find it difficult to know where to start with choosing one that’s right for you.

To help with your decision, you might want to take a look at The Guardian’s university league tables for 2023. The tables list 121 higher education institutions in the UK and ranks them based on how they score on a number of criteria. Rating based on course satisfaction, teaching quality, feedback score and a number of other factors.

From Architecture to Psychology, if you’re interested in a specific subject area, then you can also search for a specific course. The University league tables will show you the ranking of that university based on teaching that subject.

The top 10 rankings of The Guardian University league table are as follows:

  1. St Andrews
  2. Oxford
  3. Cambridge
  4. London School of Economics
  5. Imperial College
  6. Durham
  7. Bath
  8. Warwick
  9. UCL
