Yep, you guessed it, we’re opening a brand-new student accommodation facility in the city! Our new building is being developed on Castle Street and is due for completion in 2020. It will consist of 125 student rooms arranged within cluster flats and several studio rooms.
In terms of location, you couldn’t get much more central if you tried. The city’s most popular shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are all within touching distance. Landmarks such as Leicester Castle and Castle Park are also just around the corner.
But most importantly, they’ll be no need for early alarms to make it to lectures on time, because De Montfort University is only a 2-minute walk away!

For even more information about our new student accommodation in Leicester, email us at leicester@host-students.com or call us on +44(0)116 326 2540. Visit our website to view all other Host locations.
To become more ‘environmentally friendly’, Host is launching the #HostEnvironmentalPledge campaign to encourage responsible behaviour and drive sustainability across our sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
It’s a simple campaign! If we can reduce our overall utilities (electric, water and gas) consumption by 1% then we will donate £10,000, 2% reduction means £20,000, 3% is £30,000 and so on, to 3 charities; BulliesOut, Planet Patrol and World Land Trust.
