We’re excited to announce that Host will be the operating company behind a 935-bed student accommodation facility being developed on Point Campus, Dublin, ready for completion in 2018.
The 2.3 acre site is situated in a prime location in the North Docklands area of Dublin, beside Dublin Point Village. Here you’ll find The Gibson hotel, Odeon cinema and the 13,000-capacity indoor arena, 3Arena. For students, it’s just a short walk to the National College of Ireland, Trinity College and Dublin Institute of Technology.
The development of Host’s Dublin student accommodation at Point Campus, will make it one of Dublin’s largest ever off-campus student accommodation development. See the final development.
To become more ‘environmentally friendly’, Host is launching the #HostEnvironmentalPledge campaign to encourage responsible behaviour and drive sustainability across our sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
It’s a simple campaign! For every percent we reduce our overall utilities (electric, water and gas) consumption by we donate to one of our nominated charities.
