It’s simple – book your room at Lace Market Studios for the 2025/26 academic year, and we’ll give you up to £450 cashback.
Here’s how it works:
- Book before 31st October 2025.
- Choose a 44-week or 51-week tenancy at Lace Market Studios.
- Stay up to date with your rent – no arrears by January 2026.
How to claim your £450 cashback (Excluding Silver Premium or Silver Deluxe Studios)
When you book online:
- Head to the ‘Select Payment Option’ section.
- In the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, enter NB450.
- Your £450 will be: Deducted from your April 2026 rent, OR refunded directly if you’ve already paid in full.
How to claim your £300 cashback on a Silver Premium or Silver Deluxe Studio
When you book online:
- Head to the ‘Select Payment Option’ section.
- In the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, enter NB300.
- Your £300 will be: Deducted from your April 2026 rent, OR refunded directly if you’ve already paid in full.
A few things to know:
- Offer valid for new bookings only at Lace Market Studios.
- If you cancel, transfer your booking, or rebook to use this code, you won’t qualify.
- Not valid with other offers or through external agents.
- Cashback applies per property and can’t be transferred to another Host site.
- Host reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
