Yes – at Cambridge Terrace, all rooms come with high-speed internet included. You’ll get Wi-Fi and wired connections with average speeds of 1Gbps, so streaming, gaming, and studying online are all hassle-free.

Cambridge Terrace is designed with safety in mind. The building has CCTV coverage, secure key fob entry, and an onsite team to make sure residents feel safe and looked after at all times.

Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done. 

Cambridge Terrace is mainly made up of private studios, plus a couple of two-bedroom shared apartments if you want to split with a friend.

Prices:

• Studios: £285–£335 per week
• Two-Bed Apartments: £260 per person per week

At Cambridge Terrace, you’ve got spaces to chill, study, and meet friends. There’s a communal lounge and kitchen, a laundry room, and secure bicycle parking. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout, and the building has CCTV and key fob access to keep things safe and secure.

Yes! The property team will arrange social events for you to be a part of. Cambridge Terrace also has a communal lounge and kitchen, giving residents plenty of space to hang out, relax, and connect with fellow students. These shared areas help foster a friendly, community atmosphere.

At the moment, Cambridge Terrace doesn’t have wheelchair accessible accommodation for students with mobility requirements. If you have any additional needs, speak to the property team and they will discuss how they can support you during your stay.
