• Available to new students booking accommodation at Waterside for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Applies only to students signing a legally binding 44 or 51-week contract (as applicable)
• Bookings must be made directly with Host via the Waterside booking page, through agents or third-party websites.

• Offer valid for Standard Studio bookings made from 7th September 2026 for the 26/27 academic year. Subject to availability.
• Cashback value:

• To qualify, the resident must enter the offer code NB650 in the “Got a discount code?” box during online booking.
• If the Offer Code is not entered at time of booking, Host reserves the right to not honour this promotion.

• The cashback will be credited to the resident’s Host account and deducted from the April 2027 rent instalment.
• For residents who have paid their rent in full, the cashback will be refunded directly to the student in April 2027.
• Students must not be in rent or other arrears at the time the cashback is due.

• Cashback is non-transferable and applies only to the student named on the tenancy agreement.
• If a booking is cancelled, transferred, or terminated before the tenancy start date or before the cashback payment date in April, eligibility is lost.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

• This offer applies only to Waterside and cannot be transferred to another Host location.
• Host reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
• Bookings made prior to any withdrawal or amendment will still qualify under the terms valid at the time of booking.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Available to two students booking a Studio apartment at Waterside for the 2026/27 academic year.
• This offer is restricted to Studio room types only.
• Both the primary tenant and the second occupant must be students and provide proof of student status.
• Applies only to residents signing a legally binding 44 or 51-week contract (as applicable). Both tenants must sign the tenancy agreement to be eligible.
• Bookings must be made directly with Host via the Waterside booking page using the code DUALOCC, not through agents or third-party websites.
• New residents only; full terms apply.

• Offer valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Value: The second person stays at no extra cost. The total rent for the studio remains the same as the advertised single-occupancy rate.
• To qualify, both occupants must complete their booking, sign their tenancy agreement, and meet the eligibility criteria above.

• The “no extra cost” applies only to the second person named on the dual occupancy tenancy agreement.
• Both residents must have: Signed their tenancy agreement, moved into Waterside and Paid all rent instalments due.
• Students must not be in rent or other arrears at any point during the tenancy.
• If one occupant cancels, transfers, or terminates their booking, Host reserves the right to review the pricing or withdraw the offer for the remaining occupant.

• The offer is non-transferable and applies only to the students named on the specific tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 period.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts (including cashback offers), unless explicitly stated.

• This offer applies only to Waterside and cannot be transferred to another Host location.
• Host reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
• Bookings made prior to any withdrawal or amendment will still qualify under the terms valid at the time of booking.

If you are a current resident of Waterside for the 2026/27 academic year and you refer a friend who books a room for 2026/27, you will each receive £150 cashback.

2.1 Referrer eligibility

To qualify as a Referrer, you must:

• Hold a confirmed tenancy at Waterside for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Have completed all booking steps, including payment of the advance rent.
• Have checked in for the applicable academic year or have a future Waterside booking in place.
• Ensure the student you refer enters your full name and code “RAF300” in the referral section during their booking.

2.2 Referee eligibility

A Referee must:

• Be booking a legally binding contract at Waterside for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Be a new resident who has not previously booked at Waterside – even if they later cancelled.
• Not have already submitted their details to Waterside as part of an enquiry or early interest.
• Not have been referred by another person (referrals are accepted only once per new booking).
• Enter the Referrer’s name at the point of booking. Claims cannot be added later.

2.3 General eligibility conditions

Both the Referrer and Referee must:

• Be eligible to live at Waterside.
• Have no rent or other arrears up to the April 2027 instalment date.
• Have met all conditions of their booking and tenancy agreements.

3.1 Reward amount

• The Referrer receives £150 cashback.
• The Referee receives £150 cashback.

3.2 How the Reward is applied

• The cashback will be placed on the resident’s Host account and deducted from their April 2027 rent instalment.
• If the resident has already paid their rent in full, the cashback will be refunded to their nominated UK bank account.
• Cashback is issued only to the named tenant; it is non-transferable.

3.3 When payment is made

• The Cashback will be placed on the student’s Host account and deducted from their April 2027 instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded.

4.1 If either party cancels their booking or terminates their contract before the tenancy start date, the entitlement to cashback is lost.

4.2 If a resident transfers their booking to another student before the first instalment date, neither the original student nor the replacement is eligible for cashback.

4.3 Refer a Friend promotion can be combined with any new booker promotion (£650 cashback). Refer a Friend promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or incentive, unless explicitly stated.

4.4 Bookings made via external agents or referral partners are eligible for this Offer.

4.5 Students who cancel and rebook in an attempt to qualify for the Offer will not be eligible.

4.6 Cashback applies only to bookings at Waterside and cannot be transferred across Host properties.

4.7 Host reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility.

This Offer is intended for genuine referrals only.
Host reserves the right to withdraw the offer from anyone found to be abusing or attempting to manipulate the promotion

This Offer applies to bookings for a limited time only and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Bookings made outside the eligibility period will not qualify.
