The accommodation staff are caring and nice, always helpful and friendly and make living here worthwhile. Maintenance issues are usually resolved immediately/at the earliest convenience and the overall accommodation is kept tidy by the lovely cleaning staff. I moved here because a dear friend of mine recommended HOST to me. All staff members are incredibly friendly and professional; they’re helpful, insightful and treat you like long term friends. The rooms are cosy, with enough room for me to live comfortably (Gold Suite). The maintenance team are very hands on and you always see them around the buildings doing all sorts. The laundry amenities being close by makes it so easy for me to wash my clothing and not have to worry about walking time and distance which is stellar! My favourite thing has to be the location. High street is 10 minutes away for varied shopping options and Aldi is right next door. It’s great for someone like me who loves to grab and go. I highly recommend HOST.
