Book your room at 41 Castle Street for 2026/27 and get £1,000 cashback off your rent.

Book for the 26/27 academic year from 16th October 2026 and enter code NB1000 when booking.

Terms:

  • Available to students booking accommodation at 41 Castle Street for the 2026/27 academic year.
  • Applies only to students signing a legally binding 39-week or 46-week contract (as applicable). Not applicable for any Semester stays.
  • Bookings must be made directly with Host via the 41 Castle Street booking page, or through approved agents and third-party websites.

  • Offer valid for new bookings made for the 26/27 academic year. Subject to availability.
  • Cashback value:
    • £1,000
  • To qualify, the resident must enter the offer code NB1000 in the “Got a discount code?” box during online booking.
  • If the Offer Code is not entered at time of booking, Host reserves the right to not honour this promotion.

  • The cashback will be credited to the resident’s Host account and deducted from the April 2027 rent instalment.
  • For residents who have paid their rent in full, the cashback will be refunded directly to the student in April 2027.
  • Students must not be in rent or other arrears at the time the cashback is due.

  • Cashback is non-transferable and applies only to the student named on the tenancy agreement.
  • If a booking is cancelled, transferred, or terminated before the tenancy start date or before the cashback payment date in April, eligibility is lost.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, unless explicitly stated.

  • This offer applies only to 41 Castle Street and cannot be transferred to another Host location.
  • Host reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
  • Bookings made prior to any withdrawal or amendment will still qualify under the terms valid at the time of booking.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
