Yes of course – at Cavendish Place, all rooms come with free Wi-Fi and wired internet, with average speeds of 1Gbps – and you can connect an unlimited number of devices! You’ll be fully connected for studying, streaming, or gaming.

Cavendish Place is designed with student safety in mind. The building has CCTV coverage, secure key card access, and an on-site team, so you can feel safe and looked after at all times.

Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done. 

Cavendish Place offers en-suite rooms in shared flats, private studios, and one-bed flats, including accessible options.

• En-suite rooms: £205–£237 pw
• Studios: £280–£290 pw
• One-bed flats: £295–£320 pw

At Cavendish Place, you’ve got outdoor garden space, an undercover heated courtyard, a communal laundry room, and secure bicycle parking. There’s also free Wi-Fi and wired internet, CCTV, and secure key card access to keep things safe.

Cavendish Place is super close to uni. You can walk to Manchester Met – All Saints Campus in 3 minutes or cycle in 2. University of Manchester – Oxford Road Campus is just 5 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bike. For Sackville Street Campus, it’s 15 minutes by public transport, 18 minutes walking, or 6 minutes cycling.

We’ve got secure bicycle parking at Cavendish Place so you can keep your bike safe. We don’t have car parking on-site, so we recommend alternative options if you plan to bring a car.

At Cavendish Place, the focus is on a peaceful and friendly student experience where you can make friends. We put on social events for you, and you can also hang out and connect with other students in the communal outdoor garden, heated courtyard, and shared spaces – perfect for chilling, studying, or hanging with friends.

Cavendish Place has wheelchair accessible rooms and a lift to all floors in Block A, making it easier to get around the building. The property also features secure key card access and communal spaces for convenience and safety.
