New residents only; full terms apply.
Terms:
- Available to new students booking accommodation at Queen’s Hospital Close for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Applies only to students signing a legally binding 39 -week contract (as applicable)
- Bookings must be made directly with Host via the Queen’s Hospital Close booking page, through agents or third-party websites.
- Offer valid for bookings made from 25th August 2026. Subject to availability.
- Cashback value:
- £550
- To qualify, the resident must enter the offer code NB550 in the “Got a discount code?” box during online booking.
- If the Offer Code is not entered at time of booking, Host reserves the right to not honour this promotion.
- The cashback will be credited to the resident’s Host account and deducted from the April 2027 rent instalment.
- For residents who have paid their rent in full, the cashback will be refunded directly to the student in April 2027.
- Students must not be in rent or other arrears at the time the cashback is due.
- Cashback is non-transferable and applies only to the student named on the tenancy agreement.
- If a booking is cancelled, transferred, or terminated before the tenancy start date or before the cashback payment date in April, eligibility is lost.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, unless explicitly stated.
- This offer applies only to Queen’s Hospital Close and cannot be transferred to another Host location.
- Host reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
- Bookings made prior to any withdrawal or amendment will still qualify under the terms valid at the time of booking.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
