- Available to new students booking a studio at The Coal Yard for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Applies only to students signing a legally binding 42 or 50-week contract (as applicable)
- Bookings can be made directly with Host via The Coal Yard booking page, through agents and third-party websites.
- Cashback value:
- £600 or £800
- To qualify, the resident must enter the offer code during online booking stated above.
- If the Offer Code is not entered at time of booking, Host reserves the right to not honour this promotion.
- The cashback will be credited to the resident’s Host account and deducted from the April 2027 rent instalment.
- For residents who have paid their rent in full, the cashback will be refunded directly to the student in April 2027.
- Students must not be in rent or other arrears at the time the cashback is due.
- Cashback is non-transferable and applies only to the student named on the tenancy agreement.
- If a booking is cancelled, transferred, or terminated before the tenancy start date or before the cashback payment date in April, eligibility is lost.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, unless explicitly stated.
- This offer applies only to The Coal Yard and cannot be transferred to another Host location.
- Host reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
- Bookings made prior to any withdrawal or amendment will still qualify under the terms valid at the time of booking.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
