The Hub is in the heart of Vauxhall, South London — less than a five-minute walk from Vauxhall Underground and rail stations. You’ll have quick access to the Victoria line and National Rail services, making it easy to reach central London and nearby universities including King’s College London, LSE, UCL and the University of the Arts London.
We’ve got staff on-site 24/7. You’ll find one of our friendly property team on-site from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours and on the weekends there will be Security on hand to help.

Yep – all our rooms come with free Wi-Fi and wired internet (average speeds of up to 250Mb for Wi-Fi and 300Mb wired). You can connect up to 10 devices so streaming, gaming, or Zooming for lectures is totally covered.
The Hub offers a range of studios with prices roughly from £285–£405 pw.:

Yes. Your rent covers all utility bills — including heating, electricity, water and Wi-Fi — so you don’t need to worry about extra costs or setting up separate accounts.
Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done.
If you’re paying in instalments, you’ll need a UK-based guarantor (some locations can accept International Guarantors too.). If that’s tricky, we might be able to help with alternatives like upfront payments or third-party guarantor services – just speak to the property team early.
