These are the terms and conditions for The Mews.

When you book your room early for 2027/28! When using code: WELCOME300

It’s simple – book your room early at The Mews for the 2027/28 academic year, and we’ll give you £300 cashback.

Here’s how it works:

  • Book your room before 31st December 2026.
  • Choose a 44-week or 51-week tenancy at The Mews.
  • Stay up to date with your rent – no arrears by January 2028.

How to claim your cashback
When you book online:

  • Head to the ‘Select Payment Option’ section.
  • In the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, enter WELCOME300 .
  • Your £300 will be: Deducted from your April 2028 rent, OR refunded directly if you’ve already paid in full.

A few things to know:

  • Offer valid for new bookings only at The Mews.
  • If you cancel, transfer your booking, or rebook to use this code, you won’t qualify.
  • Not valid with other offers or through external agents.
  • Cashback applies per property and can’t be transferred to another Host site.
  • Host reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

Book your room at The Mews for 2026/27 and get £600 Cashback.

Book for the 26/27 academic year and enter code NB600 when booking.

New residents only; full terms apply.

Terms:

  • Available to new students booking accommodation at The Mews for the 2026/27 academic year.
  • Applies only to students signing a legally binding 51-week or 45-week contract (as applicable)
  • Bookings must be made directly with Host via the The Mews booking page or third-party websites.

  • Offer valid for new bookings made for the 26/27 academic year. Subject to availability.
  • Cashback value:
    • £600
  • To qualify, the resident must enter the offer code NB600 in the “Got a discount code?” box during online booking.
  • If the Offer Code is not entered at time of booking, Host reserves the right to not honour this promotion.

  • The cashback will be credited to the resident’s Host account and deducted from the April 2027 rent instalment.
  • For residents who have paid their rent in full, the cashback will be refunded directly to the student in April 2027.
  • Students must not be in rent or other arrears at the time the cashback is due.

  • Cashback is non-transferable and applies only to the student named on the tenancy agreement.
  • If a booking is cancelled, transferred, or terminated before the tenancy start date, eligibility is lost.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, unless explicitly stated.

  • This offer applies only to The Mews and cannot be transferred to another Host location.
  • Host reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
  • Bookings made prior to any withdrawal or amendment will still qualify under the terms valid at the time of booking.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
