I have lived at The Village at the Viaduct for two years, and it's an incredible place to call home. Its excellent location is just a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are spacious and offer excellent value. The staff here are exceptional; whether assisting with parcel collections, addressing maintenance issues, or providing advice, they approach every task with kindness and efficiency. If you're seeking accommodation while studying in Durham, look no further. The Village at the Viaduct is affordable, clean, modern, and comfortable, boasting outstanding staff and a strong sense of community.

I like staying in this accommodation as my room is the perfect size and the common room is nice to share with friends or have birthdays in or any such events. The property manager Andrew Lennox is very nice and friendly and makes the experience of staying in this accommodation really nice and accommodating.

Would recommend! Everything is taken care of for you, the rooms are big enough and they are all ensuite, the bathrooms are a good size as well. There is always reception if you have an issue which is a real life-changer!
