• Students who book a room after the 22nd October on a late arrival contract for 2024/25 academic year will be eligible to receive £300 cashback.

• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the contract, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the cashback discount.
• Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

• This offer is open to prospective first year international students applying for higher education in the UK for the 2024/25 academic year.
• If an applicant does not get their Visa approved to be able to study in the UK, they need to provide evidence that their Visa application has been rejected to your chosen Host accommodation within 48 hours of rejection; this must be no later than 7th September 2024.

How do I qualify and make a claim?

The student making the referral must:

• Provide the name and contact details of the student they are referring to the property inbox at Gosford Gate: Gosford@host-students.com or Sky Blue Point: thepoint@host-students.com before the referred student makes contact with Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point.
• Check in as a resident of Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point accommodation for the 2024/25 academic year and completed all aspects of the booking application process and paid the advanced rent payment. Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time their final rent instalment is due, will receive the cashback.
• Provide their T Number to the referred student this is to link you to their booking.

The referred student must:

• Not have previously booked a room at Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point for 2024/25, even if it was booked and then later cancelled.
• Not have previously submitted their details to Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point to indicate their interest.
• Not have been referred by another party.

To validate the claim, both the student making the referral and the referred student must:

• When the referred student has completed their booking they must email the property email address – Gosford Gate: Gosford@host-students.com or Sky Blue Point: thepoint@host-students.com – with your T Number and the T Number of the student who has referred you using the subject line: “Claim Refer a Friend” – If the T Numbers  are not provided to the property email address the offer cannot be reclaimed.

• There are a limited number of Warwick University passes available.

• The bus pass is valid for September 2024 to July 2025 and will be valid from the tenancy start date.

• If you terminate your tenancy at Sky Blue Point or Gosford Gate earlier than the end of the agreed 44 or 51-week term, then your entitlement to the bus pass will cease and you will need to hand back the bus pass to Sky Blue Point or Gosford Gate .
• The bus pass will only be given to students who book a room directly with Sky Blue Point or Gosford Gate, and not to those who book through 3rd parties.
• Any lost, stolen or damaged bus passes must be reported to reception staff as soon as possible, any costs that incur may be chargeable to the student.
• The bus pass is only valid for students who are enrolled at Warwick University, no other university enrolment will be included for this promotion.

How do I qualify and make a claim?
The student making the referral must:

• Provide the name and contact details of the student they are referring to the property inbox at Gosford Gate: Gosford@host-students.com or Sky Blue Point: thepoint@host-students.com before the referred student makes contact with Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point.
• Check in as a resident of Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point accommodation for the 2024/25 academic year and completed all aspects of the booking application process and paid the advanced rent payment and all instalments up until 1^st November 2024.

The referred student must:

• Not have previously booked a room at Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point for 2024/25, even if it was booked and then later cancelled.
• Not have previously submitted their details to Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point to indicate their interest.
• Not have been referred by another party.

To validate the claim, both the student making the referral and the referred student must:

• Have paid their rent in full or have no rent/other arrears up until 1^st November 2024.
• Have complied with the booking, the terms of the booking and tenancy agreement.
• Be eligible to live at Gosford Gate or Sky Blue Point.

Please note:

• There is a maximum limit of 4 referrals per resident.
• If the student making the referral, or the referred student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then the referrers entitlement to claim the promotion will cease.
• The voucher is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
