Terms and Conditions:

• Students who book a studio room from the 27th September 2024 on a contract ending the 29^th August 2025 at Lace Market Studios for the 2024/25 academic year will receive £30 cashback per week off the total price per week, up to a total cashback value of £1,440.
• Only students who sign up to a legally-binding contract ending the 29^th August 2025 for the 2024/25 academic year at Lace Market Studios are eligible for the cashback.
• When your booking is complete you must also email the property email address – lacemarketstudios@host-students.com– with your T Number using the subject line: “Claim £30pw cashback” within 7 days of receiving your contract/booking is confirmed – If the T Number is not provided to the property email address the offer cannot be reclaimed.
• When the cashback offer is applied the amount per week will be the lesser of the two values shown on the Host website – for example a Silver Studio Standard is priced at £170 per week, with the £30 cashback you will pay the equivalent of the displayed £140 per week.
• The cashback will be credited to the student’s Host account and deducted from their April 2025 instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be credited on the student’s Host account and refunded.
• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of their term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The cashback value will be applied to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive this offer.
• Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• If a student is referred by an external agent, this offer is not applicable.
• If you have already booked for 2024/25 and cancel your booking and then rebook to take advantage of this offer, the offer of £30 weekly cashback will not be applicable, and the room rate will return to that of your previous booking.
• Cashback is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties within the Host portfolio.

• This offer is open to prospective students applying for higher education for the 2024/25 academic year.
• If an applicant does not get a place on the course, they applied for they need to provide evidence from the educational establishment within 48 hours of their results being published.
• Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the establishment or UCAS confirmation of rejection.
• Evidence must be emailed to Lace Market Studios via lacemarketstudios@host-students.com
• Documents must be received by the site team within 48hrs from the date your results are published or by 1st September 2024 (which ever date is the sooner).
• On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided Host are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund your rent advance in full.
• Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the timings outlined above will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.

• This offer is open to prospective first year international students applying for higher education in the UK for the 2024/25 academic year.
• If an applicant does not get their Visa approved to be able to study in the UK, they need to provide evidence that their Visa application has been rejected to your chosen Host accommodation within 48 hours of rejection; this must be no later than 7th September 2024.
• Written evidence in English must be emailed to Lace Market Studios via lacemarketstudios@host-students.com
• On production of sufficient evidence of the Visa rejection, within 48 hours of receiving it, the applicants booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of the initial rent payment.
• Any applicants who do not provide sufficient evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.

• The student making the referral must:
  • Provide the name and contact detail(s) of the student they are referring to the property inbox at lacemarketstudios@host-students.com before the referred student makes contact with Lace Market Studios.
  • Check in as a resident of Lace Market Studios accommodation for the 2024/25 academic year and completed all aspects of the booking application process and paid the advanced rent payment and first instalment.
  • Provide their T Number to the referred student this is to link you to their booking.
• The referred student must:
  • Not have previously been a resident or already booked a room at Lace Market Studios.
  • Not have previously submitted their details to Lace Market Studios to indicate their interest.
  • Not have been referred by another party.
• To validate the claim the referred student must:
  • When the referred student has completed their booking they must email the property email address – lacemarketstudios@host-students.com – with your T Number and the T Number of the student who has referred you using the subject line: “Claim Refer a Friend” – If the T Numbers  are not provided to the property email address the offer cannot be reclaimed.
  • Have paid their rent in full or the first instalment after moving in
  • Have complied with the booking, the terms of the booking and tenancy agreement.
  • Be eligible to live at Lace Market Studios.
• Please note:
  • There is a maximum limit of 2 referral per resident.
  • If the student making the referral, or the referred student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 – or 51-week term, then the referrer’s entitlement to claim the promotion will cease.
  • Payment will be made via as a voucher within 28 days of submitting their voucher incentive form, after the first rent instalment is paid, and their claim has been validated.
  • These terms and conditions are correct as of 28/05/24 but Host Lace Market Studios, Nottingham reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
  • If anyone is found to be abusing the terms of this promotion, then Host Lace Market Studios, Nottingham reserves the right to remove this promotion from all parties deemed to be involved.

• Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 51-week contract for the 2024/25 academic year in Lace Market Studios are eligible for the Cashback.
• When your booking is complete you must also email the property email address – lacemarketstudios@host-students.com – with your T Number using the subject line: “Claim Rebookers Cashback” – If the T Number is not provided to the property email address the offer cannot be reclaimed.
• Within 28 days of arrival at Lace Market Studios, eligible students who have either paid in full or paid the required 2nd instalment payment will receive the Cashback. This will be paid by Host Student Housing Management Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The Cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the Cashback discount.
• Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• If a student is referred by an external agent, this offer of £300 cashback is not applicable.
• If you already have a booking with us for 2024/25 and cancel your booking and then rebook to take advantage of this offer, the offer of £300 cashback will not be applicable.

• Tram pass offered is an academic tram pass valid until end of July 2025.
• The tram and gym pass will be processed within 7 days of the student’s arrival at the property.

• Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time their second October rent instalment is due will receive be eligible for the bundle service.
