Terms and Conditions:

• Students who book a room at Trust House for the 2025/26 academic year will be eligible to receive the following:
  • Book a Classic Studio on a 51 week contract and receive £500 cashback when using the code NB500.
  • Book a Premium Studio on a 44 week contract and receive £300 cashback when using the code NB300 OR £400 cashback when you book a 51 week contract using the code NB400.
  • £150 cashback for those who book between 25th November 2024 and 25th March 2025 when using the code NB150.
  • For those who book between the 26th March until the 30th June 2025 will be eligible to receive £400 cashback when using the code NB400.
  • If you booked for September 2025 before the 26th March we will add an additional £250 cashback to your account to give a total cashback of £400.
  • Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 44 or 51-week contract for the 2025/26 academic year in Trust House are eligible for the cashback.
  • Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time January 2026, will receive the cashback.
  • To claim your discount, during your online booking, at the ‘Select payment option’ in the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, add code shown above.

• For students who have paid in full, the Cashback will be completed by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
• The Cashback will be placed on the student’s Host account and deducted from their April 2026 instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded.
• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• The Cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the cashback discount.
• Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• If a New Booker/student is referred by an external agent, the offer of Cashback is not applicable.
• If you already have a booking with us for 2025/26 and cancel your booking and then rebook to take advantage of this offer, the offer of any cashback will not be applicable.
• Cashback is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties within the Host portfolio.
• These terms and conditions are correct as of 14th August 2025 but Host reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

How do I qualify and make a claim?

The student making the referral must:

• Provide the name and contact details of the student they are referring to the property inbox at trusthouse@host-students.com before the referred student makes contact with Trust House.
• Check in as a resident of Trust House accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year and completed all aspects of the booking application process and paid the advanced rent payment and all instalments up until 1^st November 2025.

The referred student must:

• Not have previously booked a room at The Northfield, Northernhay House or Trust House for 2025/26, even if it was booked and then later cancelled.
• Not have previously submitted their details to any of the above named properties to indicate their interest.
• Not have been referred by another party.

To validate the claim, both the student making the referral and the referred student must:

• Have paid their rent in full or have no rent/other arrears up until 1^st November 2025.
• Have complied with the booking, the terms of the booking and tenancy agreement.
• Be eligible to live at Trust House.

Please note:

• There is a maximum limit of 4 referrals per resident.
• If the student making the referral, or the referred student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then the referrers entitlement to claim the promotion will cease.
• The cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated – valid alongside rebooker cashback offer.
• These terms and conditions are correct as of 26^th March 2025 but Trust House reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
• If anyone is found to be abusing the terms of this promotion, then Trust House reserves the right to remove this promotion from all parties deemed to be involved.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Any student who has booked for 2025/26 and refers a friend (up to 4 referrals per student) who books a room will be eligible to receive a £100 cashback towards their rent.
• Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time their final rent instalment is due, will receive the cashback.
• For students who have paid in full, the cashback will be completed by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
• The cashback will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded from their final instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded.
• In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
• For students who have paid in full, the voucher will be completed by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
• The cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the cashback.
• The cashback is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties advertised on the Host website.
• These terms and conditions are correct as of 26th March 2025 but Host reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
