With restaurants and fast food joints largely closed due to the coronavirus, you may be missing your favourite go-to meals and treats. But you can still get your hands on some of your much-loved foods.
Being stuck inside for the best part of the day, away from the routines you’re used to, can be tough. Your general mood may not be as positive as normal and you may find your energy and motivation levels are lower too.
Missing a boogie down your local club with your friends? Weekends just aren’t the same without a little bop and a jive, are they? But don’t forget, dancing isn’t just reserved for a night out; it’s a great form of exercise too!
We’ve pulled together a variety of different exercises and put them alongside every number from 1-9 and every letter from A-Z. Now, all you have to do is build your workout by spelling out your Host building name.
