You’ll find our friendly property team on-site 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and our maintenance staff are around from 8am to 8pm on these days. Outside of these hours and on the weekends there will be Security on hand to help.

Heantun Point keeps things secure 24/7 with on-site staff, CCTV, and key fob access. You can focus on uni life knowing your home is safe and sound.

Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done. 

Heantun Point has en-suite rooms in 3–5 bedroom flats, perfect if you want your own space but still like a shared vibe with flatmates. We also have premium en-suites if you want a bit more room, and accessible options are available too.

Heantun Point is super close to both campuses. The Springfield campus is just 2 minutes on foot – basically next door. The city centre campus is a 10-minute walk or a 6-minute cycle, so your morning commute couldn’t be easier.

At Heantun Point, we’ve got secure bicycle storage for your bike, and if you need a car space, limited on-site parking is available for an extra charge.

Absolutely! At Heantun Point, you’ve got chill communal spaces, a cinema room, and a games area where you can hang out with flatmates. We also run socials and community activities throughout the year, so there’s always something happening to meet people, make friends, and get the most out of student life.

Yep – at Heantun Point we’ve got wheelchair-accessible rooms and lifts to all floors, plus secure key fob access and wide communal areas to make getting around easier and more convenient. We know not all accessibility needs are about mobility, so if you need any additional support get in touch with the property team so we find you your best room option. 

Yes – Heantun Point is registered under the Building Safety Act (BSA). This means it meets all government requirements for higher-rise residential buildings and we manage it in line with Host’s building safety processes. You can find out more about how we handle this here.

It means extra safety checks, records and reporting happen behind the scenes to make sure everything’s properly managed. We also have a Resident Engagement Strategy in place, so you’ll always have access to clear, honest information about building safety.
