Our property team are around from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these times and on weekends, there’s always support in place if you need help in an emergency. You’ll find the out-of-hours contact details displayed at the property.

The Northfield’s got you covered with free Wi-Fi and wired internet averaging 1Gps fast enough for streaming, Zoom calls, scrolling, or whatever else you need. You won’t be buffering while trying to binge or study. Plus, you can connect up to 25 devices!

Absolutely, safety’s a big deal here. The Northfield has 24/7 CCTV coverage and secure key card access, plus staff on hand to keep things locked down. Basically, you can relax knowing the place is monitored and secure.

Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done.

The Northfield has en suite rooms, studios, and one-bed flats – all just a short walk from the University of Exeter, Streatham Campus.

Prices:

• En suite rooms: from £199–£220 per week
• Studios: from £230–£270 per week
• One-bed flats: from £310 per week

The Northfield has everything you need to chill, work, and socialise. There’s a comfy communal lounge to hang out with housemates, a study area for when you need to focus, and a games area for some downtime. Outside, you’ve got a garden space to grab some fresh air.

You’ll also get secure bike parking, car parking if you need it, superfast Wi-Fi throughout, and laundry on site so you don’t have to go far to do your washing. Plus, there’s 24/7 on-site management and secure key card access – basically all the little extras that make life easier while you’re at uni.

Getting to your lectures from The Northfield is a breeze. Streatham Campus is literally across the road – you can walk there in about 5 minutes or cycle in 3. St Luke’s Campus is a bit further, around 26 minutes on foot, 9 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes if you hop on public transport. Exeter College’s Music Academy is super close too, just a 6-minute walk.

Basically, you’ve got uni on your doorstep, so rolling out of bed and still making it to class on time is totally doable.

Yep, The Northfield has secure bicycle parking to keep your ride safe and sound. As for car parking, there are limited spaces available on site at an extra charge. So, if you’re planning to bring a car, make sure to check availability and costs in advance.
