The Printworks is unlike any other Exeter University accommodation. You can live on your own or with friends. Study hard and play hard. Chill out with a game of pool or pump some iron in the onsite gym. Whatever you want from a home – you’ll find it here. The Printworks is right in the thick of it. It’s just a short stroll to The University of Exeter, Exeter College, the castle, the quay. The list goes on. Not to forget The Old Firehouse – supposedly the inspiration for Exeter alumna J. K. Rowling’s fictional pub, The Leaky Cauldron.

Exeter!
What's it like?

Exeter is the southwest’s hidden gem. Built around a stunning Gothic cathedral, its streets have become home to thousands of students as they enjoy the relaxed pace of life and easy-going attitude. With its ultra-modern shopping centre and a bustling quayside, it can be easy to forget that you’re also perfectly placed to explore the famous Devonshire countryside.

What’s around
the local area?

#HostEnvironmentalPledge.
Getting serious about the environment we live in.

To become more ‘environmentally friendly’, Host is launching the #HostEnvironmentalPledge campaign to encourage responsible behaviour and drive sustainability across our sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

It’s a simple campaign! If we can reduce our overall utilities (electric, water and gas) consumption by 1% then we will donate £10,000, 2% reduction means £20,000, 3% is £30,000 and so on, to 3 charities; Student Minds, LandAid and Just a Drop.
