“Hi, Gemma and Gary,
I have just graduated from the University of Birmingham. I really want to write this letter to thank both of you.
My first year in Birmingham was awful. I lived in a different accommodation and met the worst reception ever. All of my friends moved out in year 2. I was so lucky that I chose Host.
The first day when I arrived, both of you greeted me so friendly and made me feel at home. My life there was so great and the best accommodation. Thank you so much”.

“I enjoyed living in Host for my second year of uni, the reception people were very friendly and helpful with any issues.
The rooms/kitchen are nice with decent storage space and the internet speed was amazing especially with my lectures mostly on zoom. The location is good as well as your close to the town and train station, If you have a car, there a several multi-storey buildings to park your car and you can get a 3 month or year car pass which is what I did and had no issues with my car. The car park is also a 5 minute walk.
The Covid pandemic was handled well as everything was well planned should anyone got Covid”.

“The Mews is the best place to stay. Safe and clean. No traffic noise. It truly felt like home.
Samira, Jack and other employees are very nice and helpful.
The apartments are well furnished, there is always hot water. Heating system is wonderful. There is a park nearby with a good football pitch. Several restaurants, cafes, markets. I liked it”!

The Mews - Oxford“I’ve stayed here for one year and it’s the best student accommodation. It’s spacious, the staff is so kind and they’re responsive to problems of the students. The gym, cinema room, the common area, games room and the terrace are all bonuses you have. The view from the terrace and the location makes it worthwhile :)”.

“I lived here as a postgraduate student. I had a very good experience. All of the team were very helpful and always made me feel welcome. They even helped carry all of my stuff into my room.
The Printworks offers a good environment for studying with sound proof rooms and the study room is very helpful when you don’t want to walk to the library. The Gym downstairs was also very handy. I would definitely recommend it.
The Printworks is no doubt one of the best accommodations in Exeter”.

The Printworks - Exeter“Stayed at the Metalworks for 4 years of my degree. The whole team were always so accommodating and helpful, and always flexible. From allowing me to keep the same room for 4 years, to being flexible with out-of-hours parcel pick-ups and speedy with maintenance and email replies. The Metalworks is in such a convenient place and I highly recommend to any student looking for their first home away from home. Special thanks to Kerry (property manager), Sara and the caretaker team Thank you for looking after me and making my uni experience brilliant!”.
