Our property team are around from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these times and on weekends, there’s always support in place if you need help in an emergency. You’ll find the out-of-hours contact details displayed at the property.

The important question! You can find out everything you need to know about our payment options in our payments and guarantor guide. Once you’ve booked you’ll also be able to see when your payments are due in your account on the Host Portal.

Yep, you’re covered! At Trust House, all rooms come with free superfast Wi-Fi and wired internet (average speed 1Gbps). You can connect up to 25 devices so streaming, gaming, or Zooming for lectures is a breeze.

You’re in good hands. Trust House has 24/7 support, CCTV, secure key card access, and plenty of staff to keep things safe. You can focus on uni life knowing the basics are taken care of.

Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done.

Trust House has comfy rooms designed to fit your student life. You can grab a Classic or Premium En Suite, or go for a Classic or Premium Studio if you want a bit more space.

Trust House is perfectly placed for your uni life in Exeter. We’re just a 12-minute walk (or 4-minute cycle) from the University of Exeter St Luke’s Campus, 22 minutes on foot to Streatham Campus, and only 6 minutes to Exeter College’s Music Academy. 

Public transport is handy too, so whether it’s lectures, the city, or a trip home, you’re well connected. Plus, living at Trust House means you’re in the heart of Exeter – close to the quayside, shops, bars, and all the student hotspots, while still being near the famous Devonshire countryside.

At Trust House, we’ve got you covered for bikes and cars. There’s secure bicycle parking with plenty of spaces, so you can zip around Exeter stress-free. If you’ve got a car, we also offer limited on-site parking for an extra charge – perfect for trips home or weekend adventures.

At Trust House, we make sure there’s always something going on. From our social calendar packed with events to chill times in the communal lounge or fun in the games area, you’ll have plenty of chances to meet your flatmates and get involved without even leaving the building.
