We’ve got staff on-site 24/7. You’ll find our friendly property team at Reception 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours and on the weekends there will be Security on hand to help.

The important question! You can find out everything you need to know about our payment options in our payments and guarantor guide. Once you’ve booked you’ll also be able to see when your payments are due in your account on the Host Portal.

Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done.

Yep! At View Studios, you’ll be hooked up with free superfast Wi-Fi (average speeds of 250Mb), so you can stream, study, or scroll without a hitch. All your devices will be good to go straight out of the box because you can connect an unlimited number.

At View Studios, your safety is our priority. We’ve got a 24/7 on-site team, assisted CCTV coverage, and secure key fob access throughout the building. Basically, you can relax knowing your home is well protected while you focus on uni life.

View Studios in Bermondsey has a range of modern studios designed for students who want privacy and style. You’ve got everything from more budget-friendly Bronze and Silver studios to more spacious Diamond and Diamond Plus studios.

Getting to university from View Studios is super easy. King’s College London – Guy’s campus is just a 15-minute walk and bus ride away, or a quick 7-minute cycle. For other London universities, you’re never far:
