Some key highlights in the building schedule of Waterside are:

• Scaffold on Block A will be removed was removed at the end of Jan 26

• Scaffold on Block B will be removed in early March 26

• Our bedrooms will be completed in March (Block A) and April (Block B)

• The fit out of our amenity spaces commences in April 26, and will be completed in June

• And you can move in to your room in September 2026!

You’ll find events and activities in the social hub, and you can also hang out in the games area or join study and social sessions organised by the on-site team. No – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You’ll just pay a small advance rent payment when booking. This isn’t an extra payment – it goes towards your first rent instalment (if you’re paying in full) or your second rent instalment (if you are paying by instalment plan). Simple, stress-free, done.

Secure bicycle parking is available on-site. We don’t have parking, but we’re just a few minutes walk from Temple Meads Train Station so it’s easy to get around Bristol on public transport. 

Yes! We have a laundry room on site with both washers and dryers. There’s plenty of space to hang out or study if you want to wait while your washing is on.

Yes – Waterside offers wheelchair-accessible rooms and has lifts to all floors, making it easier for students with mobility needs to get around the building. If you have an accessibility need please speak to the property team so we can help you select your perfect room. 

Waterside operates a no place no pay policy.
