Nope – we don’t take a deposit or booking fee. You just make your first rent payment when you book, which counts toward your total rent. Simple, stress-free, done.

Livin has en-suite rooms in shared apartments just a short walk from the heart of Cardiff. You can also grab a studio – from Classic to Platinum – with all the space and privacy you need.
