Our brand-new student accommodation Centurion House is opening for students in September 2022. In the heart of Bath’s city centre, it’s optimally located with being just a short walk or bus ride away from the University of Bath. Take your pick of either En-suite rooms or studios if you want that little bit of extra privacy. Both en-suite and studio rooms have Smart TVs and have plenty of wardrobe/desk storage space.
We know that students spend a lot of time in their rooms, so at Centurion House they’ve been designed with style and comfort in mind. You’ll also be provided with Free Wi-Fi (up to 100Mb) & Internet, as well as all bills and contents insurance included in your rent.
Relax in the spacious communal lounge or get together with friends and play some pool in the games area. The space is open and inviting – great for building friendships after a day of studying in the study area.

About Bath
Bath. It’s the UK’s answer to that famous roman experience, without the flight cost. Famous for its breath-taking architecture and being the place Jane Austen spent some of her younger days. It’s a city with a lot of history and charm. From its Georgian architecture to carefully preserved Roman baths.
Located in the valley of the River Avon, Bath is only under two hours from London by train and has great links to Bristol and the rest of the country.

Your choice of Bath Universities
If you’ve got your eye on studying in Bath next year, you’ve probably already watched most tour videos and city reviews the internet has to offer. What you’ve probably been made aware of is that studying in Bath is a worthwhile experience. It’s two universities, University of Bath and Bath Spa University, offer students different course experiences and focus on their own teaching specialities.
Founded in 1966, the University of Bath is recognised for its teaching excellence and has received a gold award in the UK Government’s Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). The university ranks high for courses such as engineering, business and social science. Furthermore, it has a great record of its graduates moving into further study and a strong reputation with employers. The University is located on the top of a hill (known as Claverton Down). So expect some fantastic views on your way to and from campus.
The students’ union is well regarded as being one of the top in the UK. Offering students important information and advice during their time at uni, including social events organised throughout the year.
Daily life in Bath
Bath has a lot going for it, with a long list of attractions and activities to keep you entertained throughout your time there. From roaming historic buildings in various states of ruin, to shopping all day and finishing off with a cosy afternoon tea. World heritage marvel Stonehenge is close by with tours from Bath running consistently.
Whilst there is a nightlife worth checking out, Bath has a teeming pub and bar scene with frequent pub quizzes, bands and cool lounges to enjoy. Plan your way around a night out at places like Be At One, The Canary Gin Bar and The Canon.
