Rebook a room at Southampton Crossings for 2025/26 and earn yourself £200 cashback.
Terms and Conditions:
- Students who book a room before 30th June will be eligible to receive £200 cashback.
- Eligible students must have had a booking with Southampton Crossings in 2024/25 and stayed the full tenancy (not cancelled). They must have stayed in the specific site they are booking their 2025/26 tenancy for.
- To claim your discount, during your online booking, at the ‘Select payment option’ in the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, add code RB200.
- Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 40, 44 or 51-week contract or the equivilant for the 2025/26 academic year at Southampton Crossings, Southampton are eligible for the cashback.
- Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time their final rent instalment is due, will receive the cashback.
- For students who have paid in full, the cashback will be completed by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
- The cashback will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded from their final instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded.
- In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
- The cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the cashback discount.
- Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
- This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to limited availability. Once the offer limit is reached, it will no longer be available. We reserve the right to end or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Cashback is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties advertised on the Host website.

Terms and Conditions:
- Students who book a room at Southampton Crossings for the 2025/26 academic year will be eligible to receive the following:
£150 cashback for those who book before the 26th September 2025 using the code NB150.- £550 cashback for those who book between the 26th September and 15th October 2025 using the code NB550.
- Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 44 or 51-week contract for the 2025/26 academic year in Southampton Crossings are eligible for the cashback.
- Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time January 2026, will receive the cashback.
