We are thrilled to be expanding our range of locations for student accommodation. Say hello to The Village at The Viaduct, our latest student accommodation in Durham.

The modern and popular Village at The Viaduct student accommodation is in the city centre viaduct area of Durham.

The Village is only a short walk to Durham’s bus station which provides direct access to Durham University within 20 minutes, meaning you can escape campus and be in the heart of city centre life.

The Village at The Viaduct comes with all-bills included, you’ll just need to choose whether you’d like an en-suite or studio room. And when it comes to relaxing after a long day studying sit back in our spacious communal lounge and beautifully landscaped gardens.

1. Durham Cathedral.

Durham Cathedral has been a place of worship, welcome and hospitality for almost a millennium, inspiring all who come. Built in 1093 to house the Shrine of St Cuthbert, Durham Cathedral is renowned for its magnificent Romanesque architecture and spectacular location at the heart of the Durham World Heritage Site.

2. Durham Castle.

Durham Castle is a Normal castle which has been occupied by the University of Durham since 1837. The facility is open to general public through guided tours, but it is used as a working building and is home to over 100 students.
