NB: Whilst Block A underwent major refurbishment during the construction of Blocks B and C in 2016, not all windows in Block A are able to be opened due to the building having a locally listed status and planning constraints specifying that they must remain intact as per the original 1927 specification. Block A is operated on a fully-integrated mechanical ventilation system allowing fresh air to be circulated around the building 24/7.

I lived here as a postgraduate student. I had a very good experience. All of the team were very helpful and always made me feel welcome. They even helped carry all of my stuff into my room. The Printworks offers a good environment for studying with sound proof rooms and the study room is very helpful when you don't want to walk to the library. The Gym downstairs was also very handy. I would definitely recommend it. The Printworks is no doubt one of the best accommodations in Exeter.

This could be the most comfort apartment in Southampton! I truly love the karaoke room and the balcony on the top floor. Amazing view and everything is new and modern.
