Making a booking
Whilst our booking portal is undergoing maintenance, no new bookings can be made online.
If you would like to book a room for either the current academic year or for the 2021/22 academic year, please contact your chosen accommodation directly. They will be able to provide you with further guidance and can add you to their waiting list, so you’ll be notified as soon as bookings are available again.
Accessing your account
If you have started an application for accommodation with us, please be assured that your room booking will not be cancelled, and you will be able to resume your application as soon as we are back online.
For current residents, access to your online account is temporarily unavailable. Actions you would normally make via your account such as reporting maintenance, should instead be reported directly to your property’s reception; either in person or via email.
All account holders will be notified by email once our portal is back online. For any questions, please contact your chosen accommodation and they’ll be happy to help.
