About Bournemouth.
Bournemouth brings that holiday feeling. With seven miles of stunning shoreline, you will always be able find a spot where you can shrug of the burdens of university with a view. If the beach isn’t for you then don’t worry, there is everything from fabulous fine dining to small independent bistros, cafes, and bars.
What’s it like?
Winter is not the obvious time to visit the beach but the 7 miles of golden sand, beach cafes and water sports are open all year round. Don’t let the infamous British weather stop you from embracing all that living by the coast has to offer. Pull on a wetsuit and join the hardy locals tackling the waves, it’s been proven that a cold-water swim is beneficial both mentally and physically.
So, if your brain is frazzled from too many lectures and deadlines or from over indulgence (just a wild guess) a dip in the sea or a blustery walk (it’s free) is nature’s cure for modern day ailments.
Reward yourself with a delicious hot chocolate and wood fire pizza from one of the cafes nearby while reveling in the endorphin lift that exercise gives you. And let’s not forget The Gram opportunities, which mere inland dwellers can only dream of emulating.
Sea, sand, sun (even in winter we see the sun), surfing, sports, shopping, shenanigans, you name it we have it, and so can you.
Come join us, Bournemouth’s ready for you, the only thing you have to ask yourself is, are you ready for Bournemouth? 🌊👨🎓🍦🏖
