Exchange Court has a range of 257 stylish and spacious studio rooms. All studios have been specially designed to provide open plan living, with uniquely designed spaces, including a private en-suite bathroom, study area with desk, bedroom and a stylish kitchen area.

All studios are equipped with clever storage spaces, including, underbed storage, extra-large wardrobes and kitchens with a place for all items to be put away, leaving the surfaces uncluttered. With rooms ranging from Classic to Luxury, and some offering large private student balconies, you are sure to find a room to suit your lifestyle and budget.

On-site facilities provide you with a range of social spaces including a study room, yoga and PT studio with exercise balls and bikes, the Lucky8 Lounge (communal lounge) complete with a games area and mahjong tables, a dinner party room with everything you need to hold a great social evening with your friends and much more. There’s also a bike storage area and laundry facilities on-site and your rent includes all your utility bills Wi-Fi and contents insurance.

After a long day studying, located nearby you will find the green spaces of Park Square, Mandela Garden and Hanover Square. When it comes to travelling to university, you’re only a few minutes commute to all the University of Leeds campuses – so you’ll be in the best location to experience all this vibrant city has to offer.
