How do I qualify and make a claim?
The student making the referral must:

Provide the name and contact details of the student they are referring to the property inbox at wolverhampton@host-students.com before the referred student makes contact with Heantun Point.
Check in as a resident of Heantun Point accommodation for the 2024/25 academic year and completed all aspects of the booking application process and paid the advanced rent payment and all instalments up until 1^st November 2024.
Provide their T Number to the referred student this is to link you to their booking.

The referred student must:

Not have previously booked a room at Heantun Point for 2024/25, even if it was booked and then later cancelled.
Not have previously submitted their details to Heantun Point to indicate their interest.
Not have been referred by another party.

To validate the claim, both the student making the referral and the referred student must:

When the referred student has completed their booking they must email the property email address – wolverhampton@host-students.com – with your T Number and the T Number of the student who has referred you using the subject line: “Claim Refer a Friend” – If the T Numbers are not provided to the property email address the offer cannot be reclaimed.
