Book a room at Pavilion Court for 2025/26 and earn yourself cashback.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Students who book a room at Pavilion Court for the 2025/26 academic year will be eligible to receive the following:
    • £500 cashback for those who book between the 4th and 30th September 2025 using the code NB500.
    • Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 44 or 51-week contract for the 2025/26 academic year in Pavilion Court are eligible for the cashback.
    • Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time January 2026, will receive the cashback.
    • To claim your discount, during your online booking, at the ‘Select payment option’ in the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, add the code highlighted above.
  • For students who have paid in full, the Cashback will be completed by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
  • The Cashback will be placed on the student’s Host account and deducted from their April 2026 instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded.
  • In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
  • The Cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the cashback discount.
  • Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
  • If a New Booker/student is referred by an external agent, the offer of Cashback is not applicable.
  • If you already have a booking with us for 2025/26 and cancel your booking and then rebook to take advantage of this offer, the offer of any cashback will not be applicable.
  • Cashback is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties within the Host portfolio.
  • These terms and conditions are correct as of 4th September 2025 but Host reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
