Rebook a room at The Mews for 2025/26 and earn yourself £250 cashback.
Terms and Conditions:
- Students who book a room before 30th June 2025 will be eligible to receive £250 cashback.
- Eligible students must have had a booking with The Mews in 2024/25 and stayed the full tenancy (not cancelled). They must have stayed in the specific site they are booking their 2025/26 tenancy for.
- To claim your discount, during your online booking, at the ‘Select payment option’ in the ‘Got a discount code?’ box, add code RB250.
- Only students who sign up to a legally-binding 44 or 51-week contract for the 2025/26 academic year at The Mews, Oxford are eligible for the cashback.
- Eligible students who are not in rent/other arrears by the time their final rent instalment is due, will receive the cashback.
- For students who have paid in full, the cashback will be completed by Host Student Housing Management (UK) Ltd directly to the student regardless of who has paid the student’s residence fees.
- The cashback will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded from their final instalment date. For students who have paid in full, this will be placed on the student’s Host account and refunded.
- In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the 44 or 51-week term, then such person’s entitlement to participate shall cease.
- The cashback will only be given to the student who makes the initial booking of the accommodation and is non-transferable. In the event that the student finds another student to replace them and take over their obligations under the Accommodation Agreement, and such transfer takes effect before the first instalment payment date, neither the replaced student nor their replacement shall be eligible to receive the cashback discount.
- Cashback is not applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
- This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to limited availability. Once the offer limit is reached, it will no longer be available. We reserve the right to end or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Cashback is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable across properties advertised on the Host website.

- £150 cashback for those who book before the 30th June 2025.

2024/25 Active Offers:
1. No Place No Pay Promotion:
Book a room at The Mews today, but if you don’t obtain the grades you need for university and no longer require the room, you won’t pay a penny.
Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is open to prospective students applying for higher education for the 2024/25 academic year.
- If an applicant does not get a place on the course, they applied for they need to provide evidence from the educational establishment within 48 hours of their results being published.
- Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the establishment or UCAS confirmation of rejection.
- Evidence must be emailed to The Mews via oxford@host-students.com.
- Documents must be received by the site team within 48hrs from the date your results are published or by 1st September 2024 (which ever date is the sooner).
- On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided Host are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund your rent advance in full.
- Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the timings outlined above will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.

2. No Visa No Pay Promotion:
Book a room at The Mews today, but if you don’t get your Visa approved for studying in the UK, and no longer require the room, you won’t pay a penny.
Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is open to prospective first year international students applying for higher education in the UK for the 2024/25 academic year.
- If an applicant does not get their Visa approved to be able to study in the UK, they need to provide evidence that their Visa application has been rejected to your chosen Host accommodation within 48 hours of rejection; this must be no later than 7th September 2024.
- Written evidence in English must be emailed to The Mews via oxford@host-students.com.
- On production of sufficient evidence of the Visa rejection, within 48 hours of receiving it, the applicants booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of the initial rent payment.
- Any applicants who do not provide sufficient evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
