Say hello to The Rise, our latest student accommodation in Nottingham.
The Rise has 124 studio rooms, with modern and spacious kitchens with plenty of cupboard space. Also, a private en-suite bathroom that is furnished with a shower and bathroom accessories. Each room comes with a large study space and seating area. Rooms range from 19m² in size – you can choose from Classic, Premium and Deluxe.
When you’re feeling sociable, you can head downstairs to the communal lounge, where you can hang out with friends and even play some pool or organise a board game evening. There is also a quiet study area and even a cinema area that you can use to binge the latest Netflix release (just remember not to spoil anything). All access to the building is through a secure key card so you can be assured that it’s a safe place to stay. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi & internet.

Universities to boast about
Nottingham is a lively student city – and has two universities to choose from – University of Nottingham, located on the edge of the city, and Nottingham Trent which is much more central.
University of Nottingham ranks high (No. 4 in the UK for top employers and No.8 for research). It has also ranked within the top 10 in the UK for the following subjects:
– Pharmacy & Pharmacology (seventh in the world, fourth in the UK)
– Nursing (28th in the world, fifth in the UK)
– Veterinary Science (36th in the world, seventh in the UK)
Nottingham Trent was awarded University of the year in 2019. It has highly rated Art and Design, Fashion and creative arts courses. It also has five campuses spread over the city, such as city campus (appropriately named) located in the city centre and self contained student village Clifton Campus.
As a smaller city with a big student population – you’re going to have a close knit experience whichever uni you decide to attend.
As Nottingham boasts a large student population – the city reflects the many different types of people that choose to call it home. Whether that’s for a lifetime or just for their student
years. Nottingham has many museums and art galleries for those who want to be informed about how the city has changed through time – like the Nottingham Contemporary – which has free
exhibits and events to attend.
To fuel your love of music – there are many music festivals and the famous Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall. You can always build a fun night out with the many small venues housing local talent, scattered around the city.
