Booking your student accommodation at Host is simple. Our booking platform has been designed to provide you with an easy and stress-free experience. Whether you’re booking en-suite room in London or re-booking your studio room in Bournemouth for another year, all can be done effortlessly on our website.
With 31 student accommodation properties in 18 cities and towns across the UK and one in Dublin, you’ll be sure to find the perfect accommodation for your studies with Host.
Once you have found the location you wish to stay in the Host accommodation that matches your criteria, you are ready to book.
Depending on your personal preference and budget, choose from a range of room types at your selected Host student accommodation property. Host properties offer a wide range of room types. From Bronze en-suites in Bournemouth’s 17a Christchurch Road to Platinum Deluxe Balcony Studios in Nottingham’s Lace Market Studios. The choice is yours.
Once you have selected your room type, you will need to choose from the list of available contract lengths.
Host’s typical contract lengths are 51, 44 and 43 weeks. Although some contract lengths may differ.
If you are a returning Host customer rebooking for another year, you can log in using your existing details.
If you are new to Host, you can register and create an account. Don’t worry, you won’t lose your place in the booking at this stage.

We don’t take a deposit or charge you a bond when you book with Host. We take an initial rent payment; this is not a deposit it is a payment made on booking which forms part of your total rental amount.
