Living in Coventry: Gosford Gate and Sky Blue Point

Two of our latest locations in Coventry are in the process of having a fresh new look. This September, Gosford Gate and Sky Blue Point will both have refurbishments completed. Which will give students a fresh, comfortable and modern home to enjoy living in.

Located in the heart of the city, you’ll find Gosford Gate on 1 Far Gosford Street, and Sky Blue Point on Sky Blue Way, easy to remember!

So, a little bit about Coventry.

It’s the City of Culture for 2021, which means that the city has undergone some big development changes. The city is easy to get around and is only one hour from London by train and 20 minutes from Birmingham.

Whether you want an endless shopping experience or a late-night adventure, Coventry can provide you with that with minimal effort. And it’s so much more convenient when your home at the end of it is just a few minutes away.

Gosford Gate and Sky Blue Point are both located a few minutes’ walk from Coventry University. The university campus is a great place for a walk and to sit and chat with a coffee. Coventry Cathedral and the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum are right on the campus and are perfect to get around and explore.

Gosford Gate.

Located just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, Gosford Gate is the perfect location for any student studying in Coventry. Available to choose from Gosford Gate are Classic and Premium Classic En-suites which include private bathroom and shared kitchen from £125 pw. Also available are Classic and Accessible studios with a 3/4 double bed, study area and plenty of storage space from £175 pw.

Our communal areas will all be updated to be light and spacious, with plenty of room to relax, sit and catch up with friends. Unwind with some games or get comfy for a study session. New for Gosford Gate will be a fully equipped Fitness suite for students to use. Daily, weekly, or whenever they feel like a health boost.  What’s your game? Pool or ping pong? You can become a pro at both with our gaming tables.

If you want to bring a bike with you to get around, there is plenty of storage space.

Our friendly team on site will be available to help with anything you may need. Or simply there for a chat, just pop down to reception.

Sky Blue Point.

Our newly refurbished Classic and Premium En-suite rooms will be available from £120 pw. Rooms come with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen.

With an outdoor garden space and brand new study area, you’ll be able to find the perfect spot to spend a few hours studying or even just to relax and chat. You’ll be able to enjoy living in a space that’s social and open, that feels like a home.

And as with all Host locations we have a dedicated maintenance team who will take care of any issues that may crop up from a dripping tap to changing a light bulb they’ll be on it.
